The "Real. Texas. Festival." wouldn't be possible with out the excellent support from our partnerships.

And, it is just that, a partnership. It is not a donation -- as we want all of our partners and sponsors to get the absolute most out of its event marketing dollars.

Our partnerships are moderately media heavy and have been evaluated by IEG, the standard bearer in the sponsorship and event marketing valuation industry. Our partnerships offer a cost-to-benefit ratio of 1:5 – meaning that for every dollar spent, the sponsor receives $1.50 of benefit(s) in return.

We have kept our entertainment costs manageable, which allows us to maintain low ticket prices and basically develop a sponsorship package for any budget.

Our sponsorship packages include attractive benefits bundles that can be tailored to individual sponsors’ needs. And, they are priced at or below what IEG has determined to be the fair market value for festivals of similar size and location in the region.

Promotional and activation opportunities include bounce backs, give-aways, contests, direct sales, database development and more – to a captive audience with a highly sought-after demographic.

We also attempt to work with our partners to develop activation strategies to help them leverage their partnership with the Real. Texas. Festival. to the fullest.

Hospitality features include free ticket packages, meet-and-greet sessions with selected entertainers, preferred parking and VIP preferred concert viewing. Some of our partnership packages include a catered suite rodeo events inside Resistol Arena.
